Project Info

Dugan Gundelfinger’s short film Heroic dose is an epic tail into his psychedelic journey of shedding the ego. We had the pleasure of supporting Dugan and Epoch films by bringing our VFX and Animation to the journey. We pulled out a variety of techniques for this one including VFX, 2D & 3D Animation as well as Cel and Rotoscope Animation.

The moon ( Oona Chaplin ) was a main character in the film. We shot her on set to get a base for the facial performance before recreating the character with 3D animation and facial mapping.
