Mayans Season 2 on FX was a promotional broadcast project visualizing the ancestral archetypes of each main character inside of the show. We saw this as a great opportunity to lean into a NPR pipeline and keep our illustrative look inside of the 3D execution. Our design and illustration teams developed custom textures and brought a nice hand drawn quality to the dynamic 3D animation.
